Cumin-seed roasted cauliflower with yogurt feta sauce

Y’all, this is what I made to go with the pork loin and it is SO GOOD. Even Tom, who doesn’t like cauliflower, loved this. 

And look, the whole cumin seed is worth it, even if it means you have to buy the ripoff jar at the supermarket. So, so good.

I also tossed Brussels sprouts in since our cauliflower was a little on the small side. They were also delicious, though the miraculous transformative power of the recipe was not enough to convince Tom to try those. ;)
