We have purchased the ingredients for this. I look forward to hearing about the results. We’ve made it twice now. It’s Cider, Ginger Ale, and Bourbon in a 2:2:1 ratio, and it’s delicious. The recommendation to purchase the fancy ginger ale is a solid one- mass-market ginger ale would be way too sweet for this; you want the primary sweetness to be the cider, with the ginger ale and bourbon accenting and mellowing it.
